We are a 24 hour search & rescue service to save lives at sea

Story

Congratulations! You've made it to the bit where you donate the money!

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor us: RNLI - Royal National Lifeboat Institution gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

Remember you're donating to a fantastic cause and whether it's pennies or pounds it all helps save lives at sea.

Feel free to come and laugh at us along the way- there is no guarantee we'll finish but we have been training hard and we're very excited!!

Ok so we've changed the fundraising target as you're all doing so well at giving us your money! Please keep donating- the money raised offline is going to a diferent charity called Boom Shewula Wula set up by IB students at Truro college (IB people you know this is a worthwhile cause please donate!!). If you would like to donate to this instead please let me know and I'll give you details on how.

Race day is almost here and if you're coming to Bath let us know. My house is on the course and you pass it twice so people are using it as a base so feel free to get in on the action! We want as much noise as possible in Southgate!

RNLI volunteer lifeboat crews provide a 24-hour search and rescue service all around the UK and Ireland, while lifeguards keep a careful watch on the UK’s busiest beaches. RNLI lifesaving and drowning prevention depend on supporter fundraising and the generous donations that you and others give.
