Ben's Brighton Marathon

Brighton Marathon 2015 · 12 April 2015 ·
Cheers for visiting my page. I hope you can spare a few minutes to scroll down and read the following. It's very important to me...
In just a few weeks I will tackle 26 (point 2) miles of East Sussex tarmac. Running the 2015 Brighton Marathon.
Why? Because I want to help the Kent Air Ambulance.
Two life-saving helicopters cover my home county, as well as Surrey and Sussex. It costs more than £6 million per year to fund AND nearly all of that comes from fundraising.
That still blows my mind! Without donations from generous people like you, there is a real possibility it wouldn't exist.
Thankfully, I have no personal experience of ever needing the service. Sure, I've seen it land a few times (rather impressively on the A2 once). Never needed it though. However, should I - or you - be unfortunate enough to one day require the helicopter, it'll be there... partly because of you! And your donation here.
Thank you for your generosity. It really does mean so much and will undoubtedly inspire me as I pound the streets of Brighton.
I will keep you updated with my training here and you can follow me on Twitter too @benmundy.
If you prefer, you can donate via text message. Text BENM84 to 70070.
