I managed to complete the run in 45 minutes and although I felt exhausted afterwards I did actually quite enjoy it!

This picture was taken just after I finished the race where I look delighted to be rewarded with, not a medal, but a banana and a water bottle!

Thank you so much to everyone who has donated money. I am genuinely very touched at the large response I have received.

I may even continue with my running now to try and improve my time for the 2006 Square Mile Run. Or maybe I should let Clive do it next year!
