Our personal message:

When Christian Blandford isn't training me for the marathon he is a normal four-year-old boy, which is wonderful when you consider what he has been through. Aged 18 months Christian was diagnosed with a very rare renal Cancer. Over the last couple of years he has battled the Cancer twice, undergone 9 months of Chemotherapy, various operations (including a five hour op to remove the original tumour and a kidney) and months of radiotherapy. www.christianblandford.com Christian has been in remission since September 2007. The Christian Blandford Fund sets out to make the experience of undergoing intensive therapy more comfortable for both Children and their parents and is currently working exclusively with Christian's local hospital; St George's Tooting.
