Connection at St Martin's
The Connection at St Martin's works with vulnerable homeless people in central London. It sees about 7,000 people a year, and delivers services from two centres (one for 16 to 25 year olds, the other for older people, 26 and over). It also provides a night centre; outreach services; training and employment programmes; specialist alcohol, substance misuse and mental health support; practical and primary health facilities; community based resettlement teams.
