Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
Following on from my success at cracking my fear of heights by diving off the Fisher Tower in Canterbury I'm now heading for the Dane John Mound in Canterbury for the Charity Zip Wire Challenge. The event is raising funds for the Lady Mayoress of Canterbury's charity Appeal which this year is supporting a new local charity, the Footlights Trust which will enable disadvantaged residents in the district to visit the Marlowe Theatre at no cost to themselves. Footlights Trust which will be administrated by the Friends of the Marlowe, will assist its guests in getting to and from the theatre and will accompany them during their visit. The Kent Walk to School project will also benefit.
I hope you can join me on the day and if you would like to make a donation then through Justgiving it's quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Kent and Medway Walking Bus Group gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
I appreciate it's a very difficult time and money is tight but if you're considering donating then thank you very much, it's really appreciated.
