Story
We are taking part in an event on Saturday 28 March where we shall be risking life and limb by sliding 300 metres (!) down a zip-wire across the Manchester Ship Canal, starting 95 feet up from the Imperial War Museum's tower and ending by the Lowry theatre...
To add a little comedy value, Bod and Catherine will be doing so dressed as Little Red Riding Hood and The Big Bad Wolf (respectively, naturally!). All sponsors will get to see the photographic evidence, so dig deep!
We're hoping to raise money for a charity called Cash for Kids, which provides grants to support voluntary and charitable projects for underprivileged or sick children in Manchester and across the UK. You can read more about the really good work these guys do here: www.key103.co.uk/Article.asp?id=692248&spid=24139
Thanks for visiting our page and please give generously!
