6 hours, lots of water and Kendal mint cake and huge support from all.  12 kgs of body armour and water,  26.2 miles in the heat....... but this is nothing new for our front line foot soldiers, who carry so much more and have more to think about.  They all want to be here.  They all never cease to amaze us with their selfless commitment and courage to serve their country. 

The ABF looks after soldiers and their families in times of distress. There has been at least one fatality a week and many more serious casualties who will fight on at home.  The British Public has always proudly supported our Troops...dig deep as they do.....every day.
