<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>I am entering the World Bogsnorkelling Championships 2012 in lovely Wales on 26th August 2012 to raise money for The Children's Heart Association. Everyone who knows me will know that the charity is close to the heart (no pun intended) of all our family.</p> <p>Training will be intense and often to manage to get through the course with no swimming strokes allowed (so just swimming like I normally swim then)</p> <p>Training will comprise of;</p> <p>Crawling up sand dunes, star jumps, breathing techniques, running on the spot for 20 seconds (not looking forward to that one), rolling around in mud to get acclimatised, lunges, and anything else I can think of.</p> <p>Any amount is gratefully received and be used to help make some children's lives more manageable.</p> <p>Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
