FREE ASHES TICKETS RAFFLE for 18th July 2009

I am the team captain of the LBG team that recently took part in the four day endurance event called Microsoft Challenge in which we came 3rd.
As part of this event have been raising money for the NSPCC and we have managed to get our hands on two pairs of tickets to the 3rd day of the 2nd Test at Lord’s on Saturday 18th July 2009.
This prize draw gives you two opportunities to get a pair of tickets.
The suggested donation per raffle ticket is £2 but there is no limit on the amount you can donate. A maximum of 25 raffle tickets can be asked for.
Please state the number of raffle tickets that you require and your internal phone number in the "personalise your donation" field and tick the box "Let this person see my contact details so they can keep in touch"

3. To enter the draw simply complete the form online at www.justgiving.com\bondr giving details of your donation to the NSPCC. There is a suggested donation of £2 per ticket but there is no limit on the amount you can donate. Bigger donations will be gratefully received by the NSPCC to whom all the proceeds of this draw will be donated.
4. If you do not wish to make a donation then you can obtain raffle tickets for the draw sending an email to freesdashesraffle@gmail.com stating how many raffle tickets you want and your internal phone number
5. The draw is open between 6am Monday 29th June 2009 and 6pm on Friday 10th July 2009. Any entries accepted after the closing date will not be entered into the draw. 6. The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on Monday 13th July 2009 and will be notified by phone on the same day. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 7. There are 2 prizes of a pair of stand seat tickets to the 3rd Day of the 2nd Test at Lord’s on Saturday 18th July 2009. The prize does not include the cost of transport or accommodation required for the winners to attend the event. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for another prize of equal or greater value. The winners will pickup their tickets on the 18th July 2009 from Lord’s via a Vodafone representative and must attend the event using one of the tickets for the other ticket to be valid. The winners cannot sell the tickets on. The promoter and the event organiser reserve the right to exclude any of the ticket holders from the event without liability. There is no cash alternative. 8. The winner must liaise with their line manager if the winner of the event falls within the winner’s contracted employment hours. 9. In the unlikely event that the promoter cannot contact the winner by 5pm Wednesday 15th July 2009 the prize will no longer be available to the winner without any liability to the promoter and a new winner will be chosen. 10. The winner may be required to participate in future publicity in connection with this promotion for the benefit of the promoter or the NSPCC. 11. The name and county of the winner will be available by sending a SAE to Rod Bond, Distributed Supplier Management, Lloyds Banking Group, 25 Lavington Street, London SE1 0NA. 12. The details of the entrants will be retained by the promoter solely for the purposes of administering the draw and analysing the success of the draw 13.
