Every year, thousands of books are thrown away in the UK. Yet, in Kenya, thousands of people have no access to books.

Books2Kenya is a project involving Footsteps International and the Conservative Christian Fellowship to transport good condition, unwanted books to Kenya. We are working in partnership with the Naivasha Community Library and are organising a small team of UK volunteers to help distribute the books and re-decorate the library.

Your donation will help pay to ship the books to Kenya and to buy paint to re-decorate the library. The volunteers will pay their own expenses, so every pound donated will go to help this fantastic project. Any surplus raised will go to support Footsteps' work with Kenya's street children and orphans.
