On 10th June, I will be breaking the pain barrier getting from Pembroke to Tenby without the benefit of powered transport (unless it is by ambulance) in the Wales Half Marathon. With any luck I might even make it before the marshals leave the course, or it gets dark ....

I am raising money for St. David's Care in the Community who do excellent work with adults with severe learning difficulties here in Pembrokeshire.

Please dig deep - and I promise to keep shuffling for 13-odd miles.
