It’s the time of the year again for me to be putting my body through trials and tribulations in aid of Willow Foundation on the Borras Construction Adam Denham Memorial Challenge 2014!!
This year we are giving our feet a rest and going for a nice leisurely cruise down the Thames – well a 40 mile kayak taking in Reading, Henley, Marlow and Maidenhead from the 12th to the 14th September 2014!!!!
The last time I went Kayaking I spent more time upside down than upright (and it was about 20 years ago), therefore I am insisting on everyone wearing suitable buoyancy aids (insert your own pun here).
