About my charity : Hospiscare Hospiscare
Hospiscare provides free and specialised nursing to the terminally ill in Exeter, mid and east Devon. It looks after 700 patients at any one time, supporting patients in their own homes and in its hospice. It relies on the generosity of the community to provide this vital service.

My personal message:

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. 

Hospiscare is an independent charity. It costs over £3m a year to offer their wide range of services free of charge.  Currently Hospiscare receives around 30% of its funding from the government, leaving over £2 million - that's more than £5500 a day - which must be raised through a variety of fundraising initiatives and voluntary contributions.

I'm taking part in their midnight walk to help raise just a part of the funds it needs.

The service they offer is very close to my heart so please dig deep and sponsor me online.

Every donation counts:

£5 will pay for a homecare nurse to make a phone call to a patient in distress
£10 will buy a week's supply of essential oils for massage therapy
£15 will help pay for an hour of a Hospiscare nurse's time
£35 will pay for a homecare nurse's travel expenses for a week
£100 sponsors a nurse's shift in the hospice
£380 sponsors a bed in the hospice for 24 hours
