We're dedicated to beating blood cancer. We fund research and support those affected. Since 1960, we've invested over £500 million in blood cancer research, transforming treatments and saving lives. The day we beat blood cancer is now in sight and our researchers are determined to finish the job.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

So the idea is simple...wear a bow tie* everyday at work or socially** for 100 days! I've never worn one before the idea was formed and I don't really know if I am going to like it or hate it! Equally I'm not sure how the Students I teach are going to react and I think ironing shirts is going to big the biggest challenge!

You have arrived at the Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research Charity page. This charity has strong connections with St Paul's Academy and is doing some great work in the battle against blood cancer. This charity is one of two charities you can give to. The other charity is White Lodge Centre in Surrey.

I will be posting photos here:

Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

* Proper bow ties. None of this already tied nonsense!

** The challenge can't involve wearing one when playing sport for obvious reasons.
