So the idea is simple...wear a bow tie* everyday at work or socially** for 100 days! I've never worn one before the idea was formed and I don't really know if I am going to like it or hate it! Equally I'm not sure how the Students I teach are going to react and I think ironing shirts is going to big the biggest challenge!

This charity has strong connections the Andrew family as Jess' older sister, Rachel, who suffered from Cerebal Palsy and the family found great support from White Lodge.
