On the 8th May I will be running from Ewood Park, Blackburn to Villa Park, Birmingham. A distance of just over 100 miles. I will be completing the challenge non stop carrying 55lbs.

I have served in the British Army and myself and many friends have recieved help and support from 'Help for Heroes' I thought this would be a good way to raise money and repay such a great charity!
