Children should be hungry to learn, not hungry for breakfast. Yet one in seven UK children face food insecurity. Magic Breakfast provides expert advice and breakfasts to schools in disadvantaged areas across England and Scotland.

Story

After the qualified success of my first 10km (ie I finished without serious injury or public humiliation), I'm running again this Sunday for Magic Breakfast, a UK charity which provides a healthy breakfast for 6000 children from low-income families every morning before school. If you can donate anything at all, it'll make a real difference to their work. Thank you.

§

Magic Breakfast is a UK registered charity (registration number 1102510), dedicated to ensuring every child starts their school day with the right breakfast as fuel for learning. Magic Breakfast believes no child's education should suffer for the lack of a breakfast.

We provide free healthy breakfast food to schools with over 50% free school meals to reach the hungriest children.

Magic Breakfast does not believe in sticking plaster solutions. We are dedicated to the eradication of child hunger in the morning and work closely with our partner schools to find long term solutions.

Together with a strong network of corporate partners, individuals and schools we are giving over 6000 children the best start to the day.
