It started when Mark joked about the 'Cycle to Work' scheme - imagine if I cycled all the way to work! he said...and before we knew it, what started as a play on words turned into the five of us committing to cycle 320 miles from Newcastle to Highbury...and there's no turning back now!

So, here it is: our action for children is to raise £5000 for Action for Children's Neglect Appeal. We want to do our bit to help tackle neglect which studies suggest affects up to 10% of all children and young people in the UK - that's almost 1.5 million.
