Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit breathe out.

We greatly appreciate your support in our challenge. Believe us this has been a mean feat getting the team in shape for this event! Our training has involved early morning's and late nights through sunshine and rain.

Crispin has still got to get his bike out from the shed and start training. All we keep hearing is there is plenty of time!! Yeah right..

Between the 4 of us we are planning to cycle in a relay style for 3 days, each of us will cover 45 miles per day, typically in 4 or 5 stages. Our challenge is from 25 to 27 September and as a group we plan to complete 500 miles from Rouen in North-West France via overnight stops at Le Mans and Amboise. The final day will be a circular tour of the beautiful Loire Valley, finishing back at Amboise.

Two-thirds of the funds raised by our team will be paid to Help for Heroes. The rest is shared between charities selected by the organisers. This year they are MK SNAP, The Prostate Cancer Charity, RNLI and Rotary charities.

This is for a really good cause and all donations would be greatly received.  So please dig very deep and donate now.
