We offer personal support to prisoners around the UK and Eire through teaching, workshops, correspondence, books and newsletters - and to prison staff too.

Hello and thanks for visiting my fundraising page!

The Dunwich Dynamo is a turn-up-and-go-challenging, slightly scary free-entry overnight on-tarmac 120 mile bicycle ride from London fields to lonely Dunwich in Suffolk.

I first rode this in 2006 and it was hard work but brilliant!  All those miles without streetlights, under the moon. It rained, i got two flat tyres but cycling into the daybreak we made it to the beach with full weary smiles!

Help me do it again and help the Phoenix Prison Trust!
