As 37 year old ex-20-stoner, slap-bang in the middle of a mid-life crisis, I thought that the GNR would be an excellent way to stay focussed and 'fit' (!)  whilst raising money for an excellent cause. This is my first major run, and hopefully it won't be the last, so dig deep for a really worthwhile cause, whilst encouraging me to come first HA!
