In a nutshell..

We are running 8 Tough Mudder events across the Uk to raise money and awareness for dementia in the UK (some of my colleagues are running all eight!).  Fortunately for me and my legs I'm supporting only the one challenge in Skipton Yorkshire.   Let's all help Dementia UK help our dearest and nearest who may be impacted with dementia in the future.  Your donation big or small will be greatly appreaciated.
