In 2022 I'm setting myself the challenge of running a half marathon or full marathon every month in support of True Colours Theatre.

Two of my children either have a diagnosis of, or are in the process of being assessed for, autism. For many reasons we have struggled to find a community where we would be accepted without judgement but True Colours Theatre has done so with the warmth of a family. Every Sunday our children attend the sensory group where they are able to express themselves without judgement. The volunteers and staff are amazing. They gently encourage our children and help them participate in the group activities. They also organise day trips, parties and weekly social gatherings which we attend. True Colours Theatre is an inclusive performing arts group which supports many children, young people and their families. They are a lifeline and a community for us and we would like to help them by raising funds to support their amazing work.
