In 2008 I did the C2C bike ride from Whitehaven to Sunderland in four and a half days.   This year it is more of a challenge in that I am doing it in two and a half days.

It is in aid of AYME (Association of Young People with ME).   Amy, my daughter, who suffers from ME has had a lot of help and support from the charity.   Although she is now too old to be a member we continue to support the charity.   Hope that you will as well!

All sponsorship money will go completely to the charity.   I am paying all my own expenses.
