Hello all family, friends, colleagues, sportsmen and women

I undertook 3 endurance events in 2009 to raise money for Leukaemia Research and would like you to support me and the charity.

The events are:

1.  Bath Half-Marathon, 15th March completed in 1.46.50.

2.  London Triathlon, 1st August, Olympic Distance, 1500m Swim, 40km Bike, 10km Run.  Completed in 2 hours, 47 mins.

3.  Saigon to Angkor Wat (Vietnam & Cambodia) 500 km Bike Ride,  22-31st October. Completed and still in 1 piece.

All the money raised goes direct to the charity.

24500 people are diagnosed with a cancer of the blood every year in the UK.

Leukaemia is the most common form of cancer in children in the UK

Blood cancers are the main cause of cancer death in the under 35's.
