Story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page for the National Osteoporosis Society. On Sunday 2 October, I rowed 4000m on a rowing machine, cycled 25 kilometres and then ran 7.5 kilometres - that's 36.5k in total. I did all of that a minute and a half faster than the time I did last year before my accident so I am very pleased, particularly because I have no pain from the hip as a result. I am even more delighted about the amazingly generous support the NOS has received through this website and offline. It will all go to help people like those whose suffering inspired me to take on this challenge.

Please dig deep and sponsor me online. Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: National Osteoporosis Society will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please join all those very generous people who have already kindly sponsored me.

Many thanks for your support. Brian
