Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online. I am the organiser of The Boundary 500 Motorcycle Group who's aims are to raise funds for The Great North Air Ambulance Service and Zoes Bay Hospice. (Another link at Zoes Hospice, Middlesbrough) I started this group when I found out about the death of one of the GNAA's doctors, Rupert Bennett who was tragically killed. It was at this time I discovered that GNAA receive no goverment funding or grants from the lottery and instead rely solely on donations from the public. Our web site details are at www.boundary500.co.uk Please feel free to register on the forum. Our first event took place in June 2006 with what is called The Boundary 500 Motorcycle Challenge a 500 mile ride around the area covered by GNAA. In June 2007 The Challenge again took place and an additional event called The Boundary Classic was also launched. This involved a 120 mile ride around the Yorkshire Dales. New for 2008 is The Boundary Marathon which is a 3000 mile ride around the coastlines of England, Scotland and Wales. The event once started has to be completed within 10 days. On 15th April 2008 Paul and I will set out to ride The Marathon. I hasten to add I will not be using the Norton but a motorcycle with suspension and a comfy seat. We will also be riding The Challenge on the 14th June 2008 and The Classic on the 15th June 2008 The Boundary 500 Motorcycle Group have in the last 18 months raised in excess of £100.000 and ridden nearly a quarter of a million miles. Please support us in our efforts.
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Great North Air Ambulance Service will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
So please sponsor us now!
Many thanks for your support. Brian & Paul
