UPDATE - 27th May

We finally ran the race yesterday, and despite the constant rain we all got respectable times. Brian & Chris ran it in under 59 minutes, and Paul ran it in 1 hour 7 minutes (see us triumphantly wearing our medals to the left...)

On Monday 26th May, Brian, Paul and Chris will be running the Bupa London 10k to raise money for the Hospice of St Francis in Berkhamsted. This particular charity does mean a lot to us. The staff and volunteers at the Hospice truly are amazing, and offer great support to patients and families. However, at the moment they are only able to accommodate 10 patients, and need much more funding to open the remaining 4 beds to more patients. Please dig deep and sponsor us to raise money for this very special place.
