On the 3rd and 4th of May 2008 I will be biking from Amsterdam to London with my friend Duncan and a group of others to raise money for the Motor Neurone Disease Association. 

Duncan was diagnosed with MND last year.  MND is a fatal condition and there is no treatment or cure.  The Motor Neurone Disease Association works with people with MND and importantly it funds scientific research into causes, treatments and potential cures.
