Thanks so much to everyone who has sponsored me. I managed to complete the race on a beautiful April day in London. Having all of your support really spurred me and I finished in 3:33. If you would like to add your support, it's not too late! All the money raised is for the Post Adoption Centre.  This is a local charity (Kentish Town) to all of us based in North London and has responded to over 60,000 calls for help from families involved in adoption since it started in 1986.  They run helplines, workshops and have experienced counsellors who work with carers, families and relatives.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Post Adoption Centre gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

One thing to note though is that Just Giving do take a small fee so, if you are local, you can pledge the money direct to me (as a cheque payable to "The Post Adoption Centre) and with your address they can claim the 25% in Gift Aid.  I can also update this site with the total collected locally to keep you in touch with the target.
