We pioneer life-saving cancer research to help us beat cancer

Story

My soulmate, Joanna and Sam's mummy, Judy and Michael's daughter, Brigid Phillips passed away on 22nd December 2004 at age 39.

Joanna, Sam and I would love you to join us on June 12th to celebrate Brigid's life and help Cancer Research UK to raise funds for their world class research into breast cancer.

We will be walking the 3km path around Ruislip Lido, West London; a mix of nature reserve and children's play areas! The walk starts at 2pm and will take less than an hour, even for Sam (age 4).

Over 500 people have already committed to walk. With your support Cancer Research UK and I hope to double this number over the next month, which would make it the largest Stride for Life walk in the UK this year. You can register for the walk by contacting Mark Phillips directly at

brigidswalk@blueyonder.co.uk Alternatively you can sponsor Joanna, Sam and I through this website.
