Leukaemia Research is the only national charity dedicated exclusively to funding research throughout the UK into the causes, treatments and cures of all blood cancers, including lymphomas, myeloma, myelodysplasia and aplastic anaemia.

As a Group, we have been very active in fundraising for a lot of different charities but as part of our communications programme, Reach, we felt it would be a great idea to chose one charity which would benefit from all this activity.
Our commitment to Leukaemia Research is in memory of Lucy Romo. Lucy was the daughter of Dennis Romo, Bristan’s area sales manager in Ireland who sadly died aged 15 months from Leukaemia last year - so the partnership is very special to us all. Indeed we have pledged to raise £50,000 during 2007 - which will pay for a bone marrow transplant for one patient.
