(1) In the rapidly evolving post 9/11 narrative we see around us, it is increasingly evident that British Muslims must address the issue of nurturing tomorrow's scholars that we can rely on that are able reconcile between fondly held Islamic traditions and the constantly evolving modern world. Muslims need long term thinkers and they need them now, we know of nobody else that is championing such a vision for the UK 

(2) We tap into this starved market by charitably sending (qualified degree educated) brothers and sisters from Britain (through a strict selection criteria) on long term projects either abroad or locally to be trained in the classical Islamic traditions on intensive programs with full scholarships, returning by contract to give relevant da'wah to the country they and their family grew up in. 

(3) There is a strong and groundbreaking focus on reviving Muslim Female Scholarship (MFS) to be points of references in our communities. Islam is one of the only civilisations to boast sublime female scholarship since its very inception, the fact that it's no longer the case MUST be addressed particularly in a day and age that 'women in islam' is the most ferociously attacked topic.

The vision my brothers and sisters is to leave the UK behind for our kids in a better state than we inherited it from our parents, a UK where neighbours are understanding of each other and celebrate each other's differences upon sure knowledge and familiarity as opposed to fear. And just how great it would be in 50 years time when it's our turn to 'kick the bucket', we'd leave knowing that our British mosques abound with qualified and fluent English speaking Imams delivering the sermons where they understand their community and their community understands them.
