I am raising money for Norfolk Hospice Tapping House who were part of a large team who cared for Ruthie who sadly died aged 43 years from Motor Neuron disease. This year the hospice is 30 years old and is moving to new premises in Hillington, and it needs to be fully equipped to help support and care for those with life limiting illnesses. Thank you all for your generosity in donating. On Sunday 4th, my friend Andrew Sheard and I will be running in the Grand East Anglia 10k run to raise money for the hospice.
