I am taking part in the Pipefest 2010 and joining thousands of players from around the World in Edinburgh to help raise money for Marie Curie Cancer Care onAugust 7th 2010. We will march from Johnston Terrace, down the Royal Mile, past the Scottish Parliament and into Holyrood Park.

Marie Curie Cancer Care - employing more than 2,700 nurses, doctors and other healthcare professionals,  expect to provide care to around 29,000 terminally ill patients in the community and in our hospices this year, along with support for their families. The charity is best known for its network of Marie Curie Nurses working in the community to provide end-of-life care for patients in their own homes.
