About our charity : The Lord's Taverners The Lord's Taverners
The Lord's Taverners aims to give young people, particularly those with special needs, a sporting chance. It strives to achieve this by providing incentives to play cricket in schools and clubs; enabling young people with special needs to participate in sporting activities; supplying minibuses to special needs' organisations and creating recreational facilities in conjunction with the National Playing Fields' Association.

Our personal message:

Ran, Ryan, Sarah, Matt, Dean, Jack, Nick & Richard have been set the challenge of hiking the three hightest mountains in Scotland, England & Wales. Our mission, and we have accepted it, is to climb the peaks back to back within 24 hours ...... with one in the dark!

This is a very tough event and involves approximately 25 miles of horizontal distance and a climb of over 11,000ft, which is over 2.1 miles!!

We are doing this to raise money for The Lord Taverners Charity which helps provide sport & recreation activities for young people with Special Needs.  Your money will help these kids get out and experience a more active life by contributing towards specially adapted minibuses and the Sports Wheelchair Sponsorship Scheme.

Please dig deep and sponsor our team online. The Lord's Taverners will receive your money faster and, if you are a taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your donation at no cost to you
