My brother Richard and I are walking the famous Coast to Coast walk from St. Bees on the Irish Sea across the width of Northern England to the North Sea at Robin Hood's Bay in support of Help for Heroes starting on the 24 Jul 2010 and ending 6 Aug 2010 .
We are attempting to walk the 191.5 miles in 13 days and would really appriciate it if you could donate whatever you can afford in support of this excellent charity by sponsoring us on our walk. Every day, soldiers injured in Afghanistan are returned to the UK where they start their long journey in coming to terms with their injuries. We believe that they deserve the very best so please sponsor us to help our heroes.
