Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. Stating 28th May I will be attempting the gruelling Three Peaks Challenge. The challenge is to consecutively climb and travel between the 3 highest mountains in Scotland, England & Wales within 24 hours. These are Ben Nevis 1344m, Scafell Pike 978m & Snowdon 1085m. The challenge involves some 450 miles of driving, 26 miles of walking / climbing. It also includes around 10,000ft of ascent and descent, 11 hours driving between peaks and 13 hours of walking in the mountains.
Ambassadors in Sport (AIS) is doing an amazing work in South Africa and other African nations, bringing hope to broken lives and communities through sport. AIS uses a tried and tested combination of football coaching, life skills, and Bible Study. I have seen at first hand the effectiveness of their work in townships, orphanages, prisons, and through their regional soccer academies.
