Well, that's the London Marathon over for another year and although I am a bit weary, I feel absolultely brilliant. I completed the race in 2hrs 52mins and 40secs which is a personal best for me. I am thrilled!

As some of you will know, our friend Graeme is suffering from cancer. Although the money we raise from this site can't help his pain, I hope that sometime in the future it may prevent some people from having to go through what Graeme and Julie are dealing with at the moment.
