We did it!
After a couple of wrong turns near the start Greg, Philip and myself made it the full 65 miles from Winchester to Devil's Dyke in 11 hours. Not a record breaking time but a massive achievement. We were joined by Steve (who cycled from Brighton) half way through for moral support! Thanks Steve. Also a big thank you to Liz and Carl for putting us up the night before and for an amazing BBQ to set us up for the big day. And a massive thanks to everyone who sponsored me!
65 miles!
That's quite a long way in a car! I'm planning to do it by bike!
I'm cycling from Winchester to Brighton along the South Downs Way with friends and colleagues to raise money for the British Heart Foundation.
