London Marathon 2009
I'm running this event in memory of a dear work colleague, friend and special lady, Kath Lawrenson, who passed away very recently. This is a small way of continuing her work of supporting people who are less fortunate than ourselves.
I'm running to raise money for the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation. Any size donation would be very welcome - every little helps as they say - and it is for a very good cause. The thought of all that money going to the charity will also give me the extra few percent to put in a bit more training and then to get through those last few miles!
