Bible Translation in Cote d'Ivoire

This year, Margaret Bohoussou celebrates 20 years with the Bible Society in Cote d'Ivoire, West Africa. Margaret plays a vital part in a diverse team who work on the translation of Bibles and Scripture materials.

Originally from the Frosses near Ballymena, it is natural that Margaret has strong links with the Bible Society in Northern Ireland (BSNI). You may have heard Margaret speak as part of a mission tour with BSNI earlier this year. Among other things, Margaret has recently been working on inserting cross references in the San Bible and completing checks on the Dan HIV/AIDS booklet. Give thanks for Margaret's eye for detail and her talent for proofing and checking. Pray that she will know God's help in this meticulous ministry. It is quite a charge to be responsible for accuracy in Bible texts. Thank you for supporting the translation work that Margaret is involved in.
