Sunday 25th will see me hauling myself around the streets of the capital to complete the 30th London Marathon; any donations to Kids Out! would be gratefully received - they're a great charity who really make a difference to children who often face their own marathon every day, one way or another.

I'm aiming to run around 9 minute miles if you would like to come and cheer!
