Hi guys,

I am doing the Great North Run for The Children of Swaziland a great charity that supports women and children living with HIV/AIDS in Swaziland. £42 sends an AIDS orphan to school for a year so the aim is to raise £504 to send 12 children

The charity is a small one run by a family but on a trip to Swaziland I was able to see the enthusiasm and smiling faces of children who literally have nothing, who's parents have died from AIDS and the children themselves have it - but they dont let it get them down - the £42 to send each child means they can have opportunities that we take for granted

Please give as much as you can for a vital yet understated issue
