WE DID IT!!

All UK areas that took part on the 1st August completed the events apart from a waterlogged scotland area that had to be cancelled due to torrential rain.

May I take this opportunity to Thank all the hosts that organised their area events. 

I will be organising a Worldwide Charity Day and not just UK next year so make a date in your diary. Friday 1st August 2014 for areas taking part in the Happy Feet Talipes Worldwide Charity Day.

What started as a simple idea of fund-raising for charity has now launched into a UK fund-raising day. 

We are organising a sponsored Buggy Hike and Bike day, in aid of Steps Charity.

Areas taking part:

London-8 km walk 11:00am start, at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. This walk starts at the hospital and goes around Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park and then returns back to the hospital.  Anyone can join us and will be great to have a walk and a chat with other parents :)

Tynemouth -  8k sponsored buggy push/ toddle from Tynemouth - Whitley Bay and back again (stopping off for a picnic on the beach) to raise money for STEPS. Any mommas and bubbas welcome. It will be a lovely walk, day out and most importantly help to raise money for a good cause! The more people the better so invite any other yummy mummies who you think want to could along for the ride/push! x

Southend - Meeting at the start of the pier and this is a child friendly walk to the end of the pier where you can decide to take a train back or feel free to walk back too.

Telford in Shropshire - 37 mile bike ride. Starting in Telford and finishing in Oswestry at the Robert jones and Angus hunt hospital.

A sponsored walk is also taking place in Telford
