Story

Where can a few bricks make a huge difference?

At River of Life , Uganda, that's where!

Will you be part of big change through small bricks?

River of Life is an amazing Christian Charity that is passionate about caring for the poor and vulnerable. They provide a home for orphans and street kids, support the sick, elderly and infirm, work in the hospitals and minister to those who have been abused.  They are busy people! (check them out at www.riveroflifeuganda.org)

The White Eagles project offers hope and a home to 29 kids, supporting a further 21 in the community/their families. A brand new boys home is currently being built to give the boys access to hygenic flushing loos and showers, more bedroom space, areas to relax in - basically all the things we expect as a minimum for our homes. Progress to date is great but we're only about halfway there. We need lots more bricks!

Please be part of building a new home for these amazing kids and showing them they're loved and important. Just £1 buys a barrow load of bricks, not a handful or a sack load but a barrow load. Now that is great value in the brick world. And the more we get the greater benefit we get for volume- how about spending a fiver and providing six barrowloads for the price of 5?

We hope you can help and want to say a HUGE thank you for any donation - no amount too small, or too great:) You're fab!
