<p>In a few weeks &nbsp;I, along with some friends ( Madge Burns, Ellen Driscoll, Janice Mara, Debbie Hedges,Lorraine Brown, Lyn Moxey, Lauren Elson, Elaine Jury,Barbara Keenan, Olwyn Evans and Sally Boyd will be dusting off the trainers and running the Adidas 5K Challenge in Hyde Park on 11th September.</p> <p>We're are trying to raise money for The Compassionate Friends, which is a charity that supports and befriends parents and families after the death of their child at any age and from any cause.</p> <p>This is a really worthwhile charity, helping families through their grief, so please, if you are able to help, &nbsp;please dig deep, they could really do with our help!</p>
