<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><a href="http://www.mybreamteam.com/cact/CACT-NHS-N_1.mp4"><span style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">CLICK</span></span><span style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">&nbsp;HERE</span></span></a></span><span style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;"> <em>to view a video clip of the project.</em></span></span></strong></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"><span style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Between the 9<sup>th</sup> and 11<sup>th</sup> of September a team of 24 people will be attempting a charity walk up Ben Nevis in Scotland.</span></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"><span style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">The team will comprise of clients and staff members from the early intervention team across West Kent and East Kent&rsquo;s NHS Trust, along with members from Charlton Athletic Community Trust.</span></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"><span style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">We are attempting to raise funds for the UK mental health charity, Rethink, and CACT&rsquo;s own acclaimed mental health project. The challenge will also hopefully raise awareness for the charities and reduce the stigma&nbsp;surrounding mental health.</span></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"><span style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">The trek will allow staff members and clients to gain a sense of achievement and help those with mental health issues in the recovery of their wellbeing.</span></span></p> <p><span style="color: #888888;">Thanks for taking the time to visit&nbsp;our JustGiving page.</span></p> <p> <p><span style="color: #888888;">Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
