If you're wondering why I've come latish in life to take part the Great South Run, it's because I believe it's something I can do to support CAFOD in a practical way. This is the first time I've ever entered something like this, and it means a special effort by me - and a lot of encouragement from David and all the family and friends. It's good to know I'm part of a big team - alongside thousand of others there in Portsmouth to raise funds for good causes.
